Το ταξίδι

Τρέχω, πετάω, κυνηγάω
πουλιά και όνειρα!
Και, κάθε μέρα, κολυμπάω
σε πιο βαθιά νερά.
Θέλω τον κόσμο ν’ αγκαλιάσω
μ’ ένα ζεστό φιλί.
Κι από τη δύση μου να φτάσω
ώς την ανατολή.
Μα είναι φίδι το ταξίδι.
Είναι χολή μαζί και ξύδι
σ’ έναν μεγάλο, αγκάθινο σταυρό.
Όμως, εγώ δεν κάνω πίσω,
ούτε τον δρόμο μου θ’ αφήσω,
ώσπου λιμάνι σίγουρο να βρω.
